Edwardo Hernandez

Edwardo Hernandez, 50, of Midland, Texas, went home to be with his Heavenly Father on Tuesday, March 27, 2018. He was born November 24, 1967 in San Angelo, Texas to the late Juan and Esperanza Hernandez. Eddie was an avid Dallas Cowboy fan who enjoyed cooking and sporting his Lowrider. He had a great sense of humor and enjoyed spending time with family. Most of all, he loved to spend his time with his loving daughters. He will be missed greatly by all his family and friends. Eddie was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Elma Palacios. He is survived by his wife, Christina Hinojos; daughters, Gina Marie Hernandez, Lillie Ann Hernandez, Angelica Marie Hernandez, and twins, Joslynn and Jessica Juarez, all of Midland; four brothers, Ernest Hernandez, Reynaldo Hernandez, and Adolph Gonzales, all of San Angelo, Texas, and Jimmy Gonzales of California; three sisters, Elodia Alfaro of San Angelo, and Janie Vidal and Lesia Benitez, both of Midland. Viewing will be Friday, March 29, 2018 from 9:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m., Saturday March 30, 2018 from 9:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m., and Monday, April 2, 2018 from 9:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m., all at Heavenly Gate Funeral Home Chapel. A prayer service will be Monday, April 2, 2018 at 7:00 p.m., also at the chapel. A funeral service is set for Tuesday, April 3, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at Heavenly Gate Funeral Home Chapel. Pastor Martin Mendez will officiate. Burial will follow at Serenity Memorial Gardens. Funeral service is under the direction of Heavenly Gate Funeral Home and Chapel.
