Delaney Tercero

It is with heavy hearts that we honor and say goodbye to our precious little angel, Delaney Tercero, beloved daughter of Auden Tercero and Lucia Cereceres. She spread her wings to be with our Lord on August 11, 2018. Delaney Tercero was born on August 16, 2014 in Midland, Texas. Delaney laughed and smiled throughout her three years, bringing joy and happiness to everyone she touched. She loved looking at books and coloring, also singing her favorite song, Let It Go, from Frozen. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her little sister, Delayza Tercero; paternal grandparents, Norma and Jose Tercero; maternal grandparents, Martha and Alonza Cereceres; aunts and uncle on Auden's side, Maira and Jesus Orozco, Alma and Javier Madrid, and Joeandy Tercero; aunts and uncles on Lucia's side, Oscar Rodriguez and Gracie Soliz, Jesus Alonso Cereceres and Bianca Cereceres, Pedro P. Cereceres and Kristyn Velasquez, Cristina Cereceres, Stephanie Torres and Alfons Torres; baby cousins, Mireya Presas, Allison Cereceres, Noah Torres, Na'Haiva, Zaydien, Juhniya, Zakaila; and numerous great-aunts, great-uncles, cousins, and other relatives and friends who love Delaney very much. The family would like to thank the doctors and staff of University Medical Center Hospital in Lubbock, Texas for their incredible care provided to Delaney and the entire family. A very special tribute to the heroic volunteers and first responders. The family appreciates all of the prayers, love, concerns and all of the donations extended to us during this time. The family will receive guests from 6:00pm to 8:00m, Tuesday, August 21, 2018 at Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home, with a rosary to be recited at 7:00pm. Funeral service will be held at 10:00am Wednesday, August 22, 2018 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Parish and Shrine. Interment will follow at Serenity Memorial Gardens.
