Jesse Parras Portillo, 69 of Midland, Texas passed away Sunday, November 11, 2018. Viewing was held Wednesday, Nov. 14 that Lewallen-Garcia-Pipkin Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral mass will be Thursday, Nov. 15th at 1:00 p.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Parish & Shrine. Burial will follow at Serenity Memorial Gardens. He is survived by his son, Jesse Antonio Portillo; three daughters, Michelle Valdez, Rosemary Perez and Amanda Portillo; three brothers and three sisters.
