Jose Arizpe

May 11, 1945 - April 10, 2017

Jose E. Arizpe, 71, of Midland, Texas, passed away peacefully on Monday, April 10, 2017. He was born in Ocampo Coah, Mexico to Manuel and Andrea Arizpe. Jose was a Christian man who worked 46 years as a landscaper and enjoyed traveling with his family. He was extremely loving and proud of his family. He is survived by his wife, the love of his life, Rosa Arizpe with whom he recently celebrated 46 years of marriage; his children, Maria Arizpe, Magdalena and husband Manuel Aranda, Marisela and husband Ryan Rodriguez, and Jose J. Arizpe; and eight beautiful grandchildren, all of Midland; his sister, Albesa Guillén and brother Manuel Arizpe, both of Acuña Coah Mexico; and his brother, Jesus Arizpe of Midland. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, April 12, 2017 from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Ellis Funeral Home and Thursday, April 13, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. at Iglesia Bautista Monte Sinai, 313 E Summit Ave with the funeral to follow at Serenity Memorial Gardens. Jose was an amazing husband, father, grandfather, and friend to all! The family would like to send a special thank you to Hospice and MMH, especially the Oncology Department, for their loving care and support.
