Marisol Gonzalez Bonilla

Marisol Gonzalez Bonilla, passed away December 25, 2018. She was born and raised in Midland, Texas and had attended Midland High School. Marisol was very outspoken and outgoing. She had a great personality and was a very caring person. She would go out of her way to help someone in need. When she was younger she loved to climb trees and do gymnastics. She also loved to hang out with her brother, sister and cousins. Marisol's greatest happiness was her children, Osvaldo and Daniel Gonzalez. She lived for them always making sure that they were taken care of. "You will always be missed dearly. You left a big hole in our hearts and we will always love you and remember you, you will always live in our hearts." Marisol is survived by her mother, Maria de Jesus; her sister, Nena Gonzalez; her brother, Yeyo Gonzalez; her two sons, Osvaldo and Daniel Gonzalez; her grandparents, Gumercindo Gonzalez and Norberta Gonzalez; her aunt Rosa Gonzalez; three uncles, Gumer Gonzalez Jr., Auden Gonzalez and Victor Gonzalez. She also leaves behind cousins, Moraima Gonzalez, Auden Gonzalez Jr. and Esmeralda Gonzalez; three nephews that she loved very much, Jaden, Mason, and Macklin Garza; and her brother-in-law, Michael J. Garza. Marisol is preceded in death by her great grandparents and numerous aunts and uncles. Viewing will be Wednesday, January 2, 2019 from 5:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. and Thursday, January 3, 2019 from 9:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. with a rosary starting at 7:00 p.m. Thursday evening at Heavenly Gate Funeral Home Chapel, 405 N. Terrell St., Midland, TX. A funeral mass is set for Friday, January 4, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Parish and Shrine. Burial will follow at Serenity Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers for the service will be Yeyo Gonzalez, Michael J. Garza, Auden Gonzalez Jr., Isidro Gonzalez, Ever Espinoza, Victor Gonzalez and Auden Gonzalez. Honorary Pallbearers are Osvaldo Gonzalez and Daniel Gonzalez. The family would like to express their gratitude towards family and friends and to Heavenly Gate Funeral Home (Emily).
