Teresa Z. Carbajal

Teresa Z. Carbajal 91, passed away January 31, 2021. Teresa was born July 2, 1929 in San Carlos Mexico to Santiago Zubia Contreras and Aurora Flores Campos. She loved to sing and dance, when anyone would walk in she had a song ready for you. She will be greatly missed. Visitation will be held Tuesday, February 2, 2021 from 9:00 a.m. till 9:00 p.m. at Avalos-Sanchez & Thomas Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral service will be held Wednesday, February 3, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. at Avalos-Sanchez & Thomas Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Serenity Memorial Gardens. She is preceded in death by her husband, Celedonio Carbajal Montoya; parents; Aurora Flores Campos and Santiago Zubia Contreras; sister, Camila Pena; brothers, Jesus Maria Zubia, and Miguel Zubia. She leaves to cherish her loving memory her daughters, Aurora Carreon and husband Antonio Carreon; Silvia Jurado and husband Jesus Jurado, Felipa Garcia and husband Jesus Garcia; sons, Fermin Montoya and wife Lila Montoya, Raul Montoya and wife Dora Montoya; sisters Maria Gomez, Rafaela Juarez, Soccorro Sandoval, Eva Madrid; brothers, Norberto Zubia, Juan Zubia, Manuel Zubia; twenty four grandchildren and blessed with many great grandchildren. Serving as pallbearers will be Fermin Montoya, Raul Montoya, Victor Carreon, Robert Montoya, Abram Montoya, Israel Jurado, Jesus Joel Garcia and Daniel Montoya.
