Adriel Spencer Obituary

With profound sadness and broken hearts, we announce the unexpected passing of our beloved son, brother, grandson, nephew, cousin, and friend, Adriel Spencer, who left this world far too soon at the age of 22.

Born on April 7, 2004, in Midland, Texas, Adriel Spencer brought immeasurable joy into the lives of everyone who knew him. From the very beginning, he had a bright spirit, a caring heart, and a smile that could light up any room. Although his life was tragically cut short, the love he shared and the memories he created will remain in our hearts forever.

Adriel graduated from Lee High School, where he built lifelong friendships and laid the foundation for the remarkable young man he would become. Determined to pursue his passion, he continued his education in barber school, where he quickly became known as a rising star. Barbering was more than a career to him, it was his calling. He dreamed of becoming a well-known barber, using his talent, creativity, and dedication to make a lasting impact on everyone who sat in his chair. Those who knew him believed he was well on his way to making that dream a reality.

Outside of his career aspirations, Adriel loved spending time on the basketball court and had recently discovered a passion for snowboarding. He embraced new adventures with excitement and wasn't afraid to chase experiences that brought him happiness. Whether he was perfecting a haircut, playing basketball, or enjoying time with family and friends, he lived with enthusiasm and purpose.

Above all else, Adriel will be remembered for the love he gave to those around him. He was a devoted son, a cherished brother, a beloved grandson, and a loyal friend. His kindness, determination, and genuine heart touched countless lives, leaving memories that will be treasured forever.

Though our hearts are shattered by his sudden passing, we are thankful for every moment we were blessed to share with him. While we cannot understand why his journey ended so soon, we find comfort in knowing that love never dies. His spirit will live on in every story told, every laugh remembered, and every life he touched.

Adriel is reunited in heaven with his grandmother, Magdalena Ruiz Arciga; great-grandmothers, Rosalia Ruiz and Inez Madrid; and great-grandfathers Salvador Arciga and Gabriel Madrid.

Left to cherish his memory are his mother, Veronica Madrid; his father and stepmother, Erbey and Melissa Spencer; siblings, Rodrigo Christian Hernandez, Camilla Rosalie Bennett and Jiovanni Spencer; grandparents, Dario Herrera Madrid, Gloria Madrid, and Ruth Lopez Richard; Aunts and Uncles, Ignacio and Belinda Spencer Ortega, Erika Spencer, Chris Morris and Yadira Spencer; cousins, Rubi Ellen Sosa, Julian Navarette, Aiden, Andrew, Aaralyn, and Alex Hinojos, Crystal, Ashley, Matthew Martinez, and Mark Spencer; along with a host of other loving family members and friends.

"The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." - Psalm 34:18

Forever loved. Forever missed. Forever our son.
