It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Alicia H. Terrazas, a beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Alicia was born in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, and in 1989, she made Midland, Texas, her home. She passed away surrounded by her family, leaving behind a legacy of love, strength, and faith.
Alicia was preceded in death by her husband, Eduviges Terrazas; cherished parents, Pedro and Chavela Hernandez; her son, José Manuel Terrazas; granddaughter, Yadira Terrazas; and grandson, Adrian Terrazas.
She is survived by her devoted children: Maria Elva Burgess, Ismael, Ruben, Socorro Moreno, Alfredo, Arturo, Samuel, Raul, Antonio, Lupita, and Andres Terrazas. Alicia was a proud grandmother to 37 grandchildren and great-grandmother to 44 great-grandchildren, each of whom carries forward her memory and the values she instilled.
Alicia will be remembered for her unwavering devotion to her family, her kind spirit, and the joy she brought to those around her. Her life was a testament to resilience and unconditional love, and her presence will be deeply missed.
