Born on November 18, 2005, in Odessa, Texas, Beli lived a life filled with love, laughter, and unforgettable moments. She had a larger-than-life personality and a spirit that could brighten any room. Outgoing, goofy, and full of life, Beli had a contagious laugh that brought joy to everyone around her. She never met a stranger and had a remarkable ability to make people feel welcomed, loved, and appreciated.
Of all the roles she held in life, becoming a mother was the one she cherished most. On March 8, 2023, she welcomed her daughter, Layanna Faith Palma, into the world. Motherhood became her greatest source of pride and purpose. She loved her daughter deeply and treasured every moment they shared together.
Beli was also a beloved daughter, little sister, granddaughter, niece, cousin, and friend. She shared a special bond with her family and created countless memories that will be cherished forever. Her kindness, humor, and loving heart touched the lives of many, and her presence will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

She is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and countless friends who will miss her dearly. While their hearts are heavy with grief, they find comfort in the countless memories, smiles, laughter, and moments of joy she shared with them.
