Domitila Puga De Rodriguez

Domitila Puga de Rodriguez, of Midland, TX went to be with the Lord, July 27, 2026, at the age of 88.
She was born to the late Manuela Parra and Pablo Puga in Parral, Chihuahua, Mexico in the spring of 1938.

Domitila was an amazing wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She was a hard worker, an impressive cook and she held many different jobs throughout the years. Her most important and favorite job was caring for her nine children and all of her grandchildren.

She was greeted in a Heavenly reunion by her parents Manuela and Pablo Puga as well as her husband Eduvijes “Vique” Rodriguez.

Left to cherish her memories are her daughters; Sylvia Stafford, Maria Nevarez, Esthela Rodriguez, Elvia Rodriguez, Leslie Saenz, Claudia Rodriguez, sons; Hector Rodriguez, Humberto Rodriguez, Jorge Rodriguez, as well as 27 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.

Visitation will begin Wednesday, July 29, 2026 at Avalos-Sanchez and Thomas Funeral Home Chapel from 10:00am to 8:00pm as well as Thursday, July 30, 2026 from 9:00am to 8:00pm at Avalos-Sanchez and Thomas Funeral Home Chapel. A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 31, 2026 at 10:00am at Avalos-Sanchez and Thomas Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Jose Chavez as Officiant. Interment will immediately follow at Serenity Memorial Garden Cemetery.
