Federico "Fred" Garcia, 65 of Midland, passed away Monday, July 4, 2016. Viewing will be Wednesday, July 6th from 5:00 - 9:00 p.m. at Heavenly Gate Funeral Home Chapel. A funeral service is set for Thursday, July 7th at 10:00 a.m. at Heavenly Gate Chapel. He is survived by his wife, Anita Garcia; his son, Chris Garcia; two daughters, Anna Martinez and Amy Esquivel; his father, Margarito Garcia; one brother, one sister, 10 grandchildren, two great-grandchildren; and numerous nephews, nieces, and cousins.
