Gloria Guerrero, 84, of Midland, Texas, passed away peacefully on January 10, 2026. Born on January 1, 1942, and raised in Veracruz, Mexico, Gloria carried the warmth, strength, and spirit of her hometown with her wherever life took her. She was the kind of person who made others feel cared for from the moment they met her. Either by listening to what someone had to say, to hugging someone to show support or by smiling to welcome those around her. Gloria was someone who never hesitated to help, showing up for those going through a difficult time. From neighbors who needed support to family members far away that needed comfort, prayer, or just someone to talk to about their day, Gloria always offered it without question. Gloria’s love was always strong and constant.
She is survived by her many family relatives, including but not limited to her beloved sons and daughters, Arturo, Alejandro, Ernesto, Fernando, Lucita and Alicia. Many nieces and nephews and her many grandchildren, reminding her that family will always be her pride and joy. A family that loved her deeply and treasured every moment they spent with her, from beginning to the very end. While her absence will be deeply felt, her memory will never be forgotten, reminding everyone who loved her to lead with faith, to care for others, and to hold family close.
