Leopoldo "Leo" Arreola

Leopoldo “Leo” Arreola, age 40, went to be with the Lord August 20, 2023. He was born May 2, 1983 to Leopoldo Arreola Sr. and Elsa Tavarez in Ojinaga, Chihuahua, MX.

Leo was a supervisor in the oilfield by trade but a cowboy in his heart. He loved Team Roping, and was a fan of the Denver Broncos, but his true love was his family. Leo’s wife Carla was his backbone and his children were his everything. He was a loving caring husband, father, son, and brother and he will forever be missed.

Leo is survived by his wife Carla Arreola, daughters, Yamely and Lupita, sons, Leo and Sebastian, parents Leopoldo Arreola Sr. and Elsa Tavarez, brother Edgar Arreola and sister in law Laura Viridiana Saenz, sister Belinda Arreola, grandmother Ramona Galindo, as well as many extended family and friends.

A visitation will be held Thursday, August 24, 2023 at Avalos-Sanchez and Thomas Funeral Home, 1502 N. Lamesa Rd. Midland, TX from 2:00pm-8:00pm with a rosary starting at 7:00pm. Funeral service will be Friday, August 25, 2023 at San Miguel Arcangel Catholic Church, 1100 Camp St. Midland, TX at 10:00am. Interment will immediately follow at Serenity Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Funeral arrangements are under the care and direction of Avalos-Sanchez and Thomas Funeral Home.
