Marcelino Dabalos

Marcelino Dabalos, 72 of Midland, Texas, was called home by the Lord on March 22, 2018. He was born on September 21, 1945 in Rock Springs, TX. He was raised in Midland, TX. Marcelino worked in maintenance for most of his career. He was an amazing man with an open heart. He was charming, funny, and selfless. He loved to golf, dance, watch movies, and listen to music along with playing his guitar and piano. He was a loving devoted husband, a father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and a noble friend. Marcelino was preceded in death by his father, Hilario Dabalos Sr. and mother Luisa Gonzales; his son Ruben Tagle Sr; his sister Manuela Martinez and brother Hilario Dabalos Jr. He is survived by his wife of 25 years, Irene Dabalos; his sister Lupe Rangel and Magdalena Dabalos; his sons; Pablo Tagle Sr. Felix Tagle Sr. Billy Tagle Sr.; his daughter Belinda Tagle; and many grandchildren and great grand-children. We appreciate the prayers and thoughts in this difficult time. He will be greatly missed and one day reunited with his family in Heaven. Viewing will be Sunday March 25th from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a rosary starting at 7:00 p.m. at Heavenly Gate Funeral Home Chapel. A funeral mass is set for Monday, March 26th at 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Parish & Shrine. Burial will follow at Serenity Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers for the service will be Billy Tagle, Jr, Billy Tagle, Mitchell Hernandez, Justin Foss, Paul Adam Tagle, Alex Tagle, Richard Tagle, Michael Alvarado and Frankie Rodriguez.
