Margie Nell Strambler Goodley

Margie Nell Strambler-Goodley, 69, passed away on September 6, 2021 in Midland, TX. Surrounded by family and loved ones. Margie nicknamed, Lil'Jenny was born on March 21, 1952 to Bessie L. and Alexander Strambler Sr. In Midland TX. She was superwoman, a beloved mother, grand and great grandmother, sister and aunt.
She worked and retired from MISD Food Services. Margie enjoyed helping others, listening to music, playing cards and spending time with her family. She prepared food in fellowship hall at New Jerusalem Missionary Baptist Church, where she was a long time member.
She leaves a legacy of love and happiness for her family and those who knew her. Margie leaves a host of nephews, nieces, cousins, in-laws and friends who loved her very much.
She is survived by her daughter, Marcha Marion (son-in-law Sgt. Edward Marion) Midland, TX. son, Farris B. Strambler (daughter-in-law Quintina Strambler) both of Balch Springs, TX. 4 grandchildren, Farris, Madison, Jacaurria, and Maison. 3 great grands, Farris, Nicolas and Felix. 3 sisters, Gladys Thompson of Big Spring, TX, Gracie White and Hattie Tennon both of Midland, TX. 3 brothers, Alexander Jr., Jerry L., and Marcus D.
She is perceded in death by her parents, six brothers, and husband L.E Tennon Jr.

Viewing will be Tuesday, September 14, 2021 from 1:00pm to 9:00pm at Lewallen-Garcia-Pipkin Funeral Home. Funeral Service is set for Wednesday, September 15, 2021 at 10:00am at New Jerusalem Baptist Church. Burial will follow at Serenity Memorial Gardens.
