Maria U Zuniga

Maria U. Zuniga went home to be with our Heavenly Father on October 21, 2016. She was born on February 14, 1935 in Barranco Azul, Mulato Chihuahua, Mexico to Sotero Urquidi and Romana Gomez. Maria married the love of her life the late Esteban Zuniga August 20, 1955 in El Mulato, Chihuahua. Maria was a homemaker all her life, loving mother, wife and a devoted Catholic. She will be greatly missed. She was preceded in death by her husband, Esteban Zuniga. Maria is survived by her three daughters, Aurora Zuniga, Martha Juarez and Socorro Natividad; one brother, Donaciano Urquidi and one sister, Fortunada Marquez; Numerous grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Viewing will be held on Saturday, October 22, 2016 from 1:00p.m. to 9:00p.m. at Heavenly Gate Funeral Home & Chapel. Rosary will be Sunday, October 23, 2016 at Heavenly Gate Funeral Home & Chapel. A funeral mass will take place on Monday, October 24, 2016 at 2:00p.m. at St. Stephens Catholic Church with Father Bala Anthony Officiating; burial will follow to Serenity Memorial Gardens.
