Mario Barboza, 82, de Midland, entro al cielo el miércoles, 29 de marzo, 2023. Nació el 28 de enero, 1941 a Luis y Felicitas Barboza.

Mario fue un hombre muy trabajador con su propio negocio de cementero por muchos años. Era un perfeccionista en todo lo que hacía, especialmente en su negocio. Su lema en la vida, -Si vas a hacer algo, hazlo bien. - Triunfo en su vida y su negocio siendo un hombre de palabra y la voluntad de ayudar a otros.

Mario le encantaba estar al aire libre montando a caballo, construyendo algo, o en su jardín. Su placer favorito era pasar tiempo con su familia y amistades. Mario era amado por su familia y la comunidad, lo extrañaremos mucho.

Mario es precedido por sus padres Luis y Felicitas Barboza; hermanas Norma Barboza, Elena Barboza, y Beatrice Barboza; hija Felicita “Felicia” González; nieto Mario “Bubba” Rodríguez y Tataranieta Taylinn Ann Romero.

Lo sobrevivido por su esposa Hope Barboza y 5 hijos: Delma y Vidal Sáenz, Isabel Rodríguez y Arturo Esparza, Norma Hernandez y John Bako, Sonia y su esposo Elliot Forman, y Luis Mario y su esposa Lori Barboza y un ex yerno Johnny Rodríguez; 9 nietos: Junior Rodríguez, Erik Rodríguez, Gilbert “BiBo” Rodríguez, Ciro Jimmy Romero, Isaac M. Romero, Eddie Hernandez, Vidal Sáenz, Mike Hernandez, Danny Cobos; 4 nietas: Alexandria Rodríguez, Stephanie Medrano, Felicita Barboza and Tiffany Barboza; 28 Bisnietos y 8 tataranietos.

Mario Barboza, 82, of Midland, went to his Heavenly Home on Wednesday, March 29, 2023. He was born on January 28, 1941 to Luis and Felicitas Barboza.

Mario was a hard-working man who was self-employed and had his own cement company for many years. He was a perfectionist in everything he did, especially with his business. His motto was, “If you are going to do something, do it right.” He succeeded in life as well as business by being a man of his word and always willing to help others.

Mario enjoyed being outdoors riding horses, building things, and gardening. His favorite joy in life was spending time with his family and friends. Mario was loved by his family and his community; he will be greatly missed.

Mario is preceded in death by his parents Luis and Felicitas Barboza; sisters Norma Barboza, Elena Barboza, and Beatrice Barboza; daughter Felicita “Felecia” Gonzalez; grandson Mario “Bubba” Rodriguez and great granddaughter Taylinn Ann Romero.

He is survived by his wife Hope Barboza, and 5 Children: 4 Daughters: Delma and husband Vidal Saenz, Isabel Rodriguez and Arturo Esparza, Norma Hernandez And John Bako, Sonia and husband Elliot Forman, One Son Luis Mario and wife Lori Barboza and former son in law Johnny Rodriguez. 13 grandchildren: 9 Grandsons: Junior Rodriguez, Erik Rodriguez, Gilbert “BiBo” Rodriguez, Ciro Jimmy Romero, Isaac M Romero, Eddie Hernandez, Vidal Saenz, Mike Hernandez, and Danny Cobos, 4 Granddaughters Alexandria Rodriguez, Stephanie Medrano, Felicita Barboza and Tiffany Barboza 28 great grandchildren and 8 great-great grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Vidal Saenz, Ángel Rodríguez Jr., Zack Rodríguez, Eddie Hernandez, Mike Hernandez, Donny Cobos, Ciro Jimmy Romero, Gilbert Rodríguez, Isaac Romero, Vidal M. Saenz, Luis Mario Barboza, and Rogelio Israel Barboza.
