Pedro Rubio Bernal

Pedro (Pete) Rubio Bernal, born on February 25, 1965, Coahuila, Mexico, Returned to his maker and savior, Jesus Christ, on July 1, 2021 in Midland, Texas. His father moved his family to Midland, Texas when he was a young child. He spent his childhood there where he attended school and later started work and move his way up in the oil industry for over 35 years. He was such an immeasurable presence that there genuinely aren't enough words to do him and his life justice - so it's narrowed down to these: charming, magnetic, absurdly hilarious, down to earth, forgiving, loving, benevolent, kind-hearted, compassionate and full of love.
He dedicated his life to helping others and was known for his kindness and helpful nature. He enjoyed most of his time learning new trades, he knew everything from electrical work to mechanic work. But spending time with his family was what he truly enjoyed the most.
He met and married Araceli (Sally) Valdez of Midland, Texas in 1984. Together, they had 3 children.
Pete is survived by his wife of 37 years, Araceli Rubio, Daughter Natalie Rubio Terrazas, husband Alfred Terrazas, Pedro 3rd Rubio, wife Amber Rubio, Sebastian Rubio, Wife Roxanna Rubio, Grandkids Cheserea Rubio, Pedro 4th Rubio, Haleigh Rubio, John Rubio, Jazzleen, & Breelynn Rubio, great grandkids Elianna & Andy Pedro Trevino, Siblings: Cruz Rubio, Jesus Rubio, Armando Rubio, Job Rubio, Michael Rubio, Sarah Rubio, Flabio Rubio, Pedrito Rubio, Oscar Rubio, Paula Rubio.
There will be visitation/Viewing Tuesday, July 6th from 11:00 am-9:00 pm. Wednesday July 7th from 9:00 am-9:00 pm at Heavenly Gate Funeral Home.
