Sandra Ann Rodriguez

Sandra Ann Rodriguez, born March 9, 1958, in Midland, Texas, passed away on June 13, 2026, surrounded by the love of her family.

Sandra was the beloved daughter of Bertha Garcia and the late Miguel Garcia, and the devoted wife of Ysidro Rodriguez, with whom she shared 50 years of marriage. Together they built a life rooted in love, resilience, and unwavering commitment to family.

She is survived by her children, Ronny Rodriguez and Rebecca Rodriguez; her siblings Mike Garcia, Jaime Garcia, and Elizabeth Jimenez; her brother-in-law Gilbert Jimenez; and her nieces and nephews Mathew Garcia, Tiffany Jimenez, and Jeremy Jimenez.

She is preceded in death by her son Randy Rodriguez, grandson Robin Rodriguez, and niece Monica Garcia.

Sandra dedicated many years of service to Midland Independent School District (MISD) before retiring. Her work touched countless students and colleagues, and she carried her compassion and patience into every role she held.

Her enthusiasm for life was unmistakable. She found pure joy in cheering on lndyCar races, her excitement filling any room. She also had a heartfelt passion for collecting lighthouses and dolphin decor-each new piece bringing her a spark of wonder that she loved to share with others.

Sandra's strong faith and enduring spirit guided her through life's challenges. She lifted those around her with comfort, encouragement, and unconditional love. Her presence was a source of strength, and her inspiration will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Sandra leaves behind a legacy of kindness, devotion, and joy-one that will continue to shine brightly in the hearts of her family and friends.

Viewing will be Thursday, June 18th from 10:00am - 9:00pm with a rosary to be recited at 7:00pm at Lewallen-Garcia-Pipkin Funeral Home. Funeral mass is set for Friday, June 19th at 10:00am at Our Lady of Guadalupe Parish & Shrine. Burial will follow at Serenity Memorial Gardens.
