Tomas Flores Obituary

Tomas Marquez Flores was born on December 21, 1940, in El Mulato Chihuahua Mexico to Dominga and Malaquias Flores. He was one of eleven siblings. He left home at the age of 12 with just a few dollars that his father gave him to chase his dreams in the United States. He had no destination in mind, and suffered many early setbacks, but with the mercy and protection of GOD he made it through all of his trials. In 1965 he married the love of his life Gloria, who stood by his side until the day of his passing. Alongside his wife Gloria, he created a beautiful family, and he made it his mission in life to help his family succeed in all aspects of life. Together on this journey Gloria and Tomas, strived to help each of their brothers and sisters and families better their lives. His house was always open to family throughout his whole life, and he always had someone living under his roof.

Tomas was blessed with five children Sylvia and spouse Juan, Thomas II and spouse Yossy, James and spouse Tuty, Jason and spouse Angela and Eileen (Deceased). Grandchildren: Juan de Dios and spouse Amy, Tithdra, Thomas III, Malaquias and spouse Jenifer, Major, Hydaly, Estefania, Caleb, Tristan, and Camille. Great-Grandchildren: Brooklyn, Landen and Malachi the Great!

Throughout the last 40+ years of his life he was a dedicated man of the LORD, spent much of his time helping spread the word of God in Prisons and helping start a Charity in Delicias Mexico to feed the hungry and help give back the blessings that the LORD blessed him with. He ministered on a Christian radio station for over 15 years just to name a few things he did to serve the LORD. In his final months at the hospital, he would preach the word of God to those who would listen. He wanted everyone to have an encounter with the LORD and he continuously prayed for our future generations to come. His journey on earth is finished but not forgotten. He has planted the seed of The Word of God in his family and many other people that gave him the opportunity. Tomas will be dearly missed as a Partner, Father, Grandfather, Great Grandfather, and as a Friend to many!!

MAY THE LORD BLESS EACH AND EVERY ONE OF YOU!!
